How does the Solidarity Scale work?
The Full Cost Membership is what sustains the clinic. Those who cannot afford it can complete the Self-Assessment to see if they qualify for the “Solidarity Membership.”
Those who are able and want to contribute more can opt to pay the “Redistribution Membership.” People who choose this option will directly increase access to healthcare for others who need it.
The Self-Assessment will give you a good idea of what other people similar to you pay for their membership. All of these options are valid payment amounts; your care will not change based on the amount you pay.
